01 — THE CONTEXT
Store data existed. Understanding it was the harder part.
Retail businesses generate valuable data through sales, payment, ordering, and store systems. Mobapro brings these signals together so merchants can understand performance, compare results, identify attention points, and take action.
Store systems & devices
POS · Payment · Ordering systems

02 — THE PROBLEM
How can we make complex retail data useful for busy merchants?
The challenge wasn’t simply displaying more data. It was determining what information matters, when it matters, and how much detail a person needs in their particular context.
01
Fragmented store information
Business data originates from different devices and systems, making it difficult to understand overall performance in one place.
02
Raw data isn’t immediately actionable
Transaction records alone do not explain performance, reveal product patterns, or make important changes visible.
03
Merchants need information quickly
Important business signals need to be understandable at a glance — without requiring a complicated dashboard analysis.
04
Different platforms serve different needs
Checking today’s sales from a phone needs a different experience from deeper desktop analysis or business administration.
03 — THE DESIGN CHALLENGE
From dashboard to decision loop.
Rather than treating Mobapro as a collection of dashboards, I structured the experience around three progressively deeper questions.
WHAT HAPPENED?
See the signal
High-value KPIs make current business performance clear immediately.
WHY MIGHT IT BE HAPPENING?
Explore the pattern
Trends, rankings, periods, and detailed data reveal what deserves attention.
WHAT CAN I DO NEXT?
Move to action
Campaigns and coupons turn information into focused merchant action.

04 — CROSS-PLATFORM EXPERIENCE
One product ecosystem. Different information density.
Mobapro isn’t simply the same dashboard resized for different screens. The usage context changes, so the hierarchy has to change with it.
MOBILE
Quick monitoring
Fast scanning of today’s KPIs, sales trends, rankings, and essential store information.
DESKTOP
Deeper analysis
Longer periods, detailed tables, comparisons, reporting, and campaign management for a wider business view.
BACK OFFICE
Business management
Stores, merchants, staff, plans, devices, and platform configuration for administrators.

05 — FROM INSIGHT TO ACTION
Analytics becomes more valuable when merchants can act on what they learn.
Mobapro connects performance monitoring to campaigns and coupons, turning data into a practical loop for improving future business activity.
01
Measure
Understand sales and store performance.
02
Identify
Find trends, weak periods, and opportunities.
03
Act
Create campaigns and coupons.
04
Measure again
Observe the impact of the action.

Campaign and coupon management uses the same patterns as analytics, so merchants can move from seeing a problem to creating a response without learning a separate product.
06 — PRODUCT SCREENS
A flexible product system, from daily monitoring to campaign management.

Daily overview · Sales KPI and trends

Campaign builder · Coupon creation flow

Analytics · Rankings and payment behavior

Plans · Feature access and account upgrades
07 — PRODUCT OUTCOME
From product concept to a live B2B SaaS platform.
Mobapro launched commercially in August 2025. The product continued to evolve as customer, technical, and business requirements surfaced in the live environment.

Good analytics UX isn’t about showing more data.
The critical work was deciding what deserves attention first, then progressively revealing the right level of detail.
Mobile and desktop shouldn’t simply mirror each other.
Different merchant contexts require different information density, interaction patterns, and decision support.
